If you look at 100 lawyer websites, I would venture to guess that over 95% of them are indistinguishable from the next. “Reliable. Knowledgeable. Skilled in negotiation, litigation, and trial. Wah, wah, wah.”

I do things differently. I don't like suits and I hate ties. I like getting my fingernails dirty, so when I have a real estate client, I make it a point to GO to the property. I look around, I get a feel for the issues and I permanently record in my mind what this property is.

I think like a lawyer. And a businessman because I spent my first 20 years out of Cal Berkeley in business sales and management. am one. I always tell my team to “put yourself in the client's shoes.” Look at things from his/her perspective.
